To (re)create and improve the OpenOffice.org website. Included in our mandate:

Website Redesign
- The new design has been launched, however you can see a proposed update at test.openoffice.org, which addresses these previously identified issues:
- Replace current icons with their Galaxy Icon equivalents
- Consider improvements to the accessibility of the CSS tabs (minitabs)
- Implement nicer looking download button
- Issues at the moment the page to track issues with the website in development
- Proposed content allows people to play with the text in the body.
Outdated Pages
These pages are really outdated and need a major workup.
Communication Channels
To-Do
- Fix up and launch the new why.openoffice.org design
- Create a style guide for the new design
- Organize projects in such a way that they are easy to quickly review, search, and contribute to.

- Getting started - creating content for the OOo site is not quite as simple as preparing a page of html and ftp'ing it to the site. This page will help you avoid some of the pitfalls.

Older Wiki Pages
These pages relate to tasks that have been completed
- The Website Requirements page details the various issues and ideas that need to be addressed with the reworked website. This process includes analysis of competitors, use cases and information architecture. Part of the redesign will be an refreshed visual identity, which will be discussed in close collaboration with the Art-group.
- The Website Proposals page with actual proposals ((loosely) based on the requirements)
